The Accounting Specialist supports the accounting team by preparing daily bank account reconciliations and providing other services as needed.

- Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records.
- Processes daily reconciliations
- Works with practices to ensure daily reconciliations are being completed accurately and timely
- Reviews credit card transactions for proper documentation and coding
- May assist with accounts payable duties
- May assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abili ti es :
Must be a current FDH employee with Denticon experienceAbility to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.Basic mathematical skills.Good verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Excellent organizational and time management skillsEduca ti on and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience working in an accounting position preferredSage Intacct software experience preferredPhysical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
