The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Consultant for a local contract in Washington, DC.

- DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing authoritative guidance on program, policy, and operational challenges.
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to support enterprise-level transformation initiatives Leads in providing unique functional expertise to interpret complex requirements, managing a team of functional experts as needed.
Possesses comprehensive technical knowledge of requirements.
Directs the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of tasks, and drives strategic decision-making to ensure client satisfaction.
Advise on risk management, regulatory compliance, and emerging industry trends impacting homeland security and emergency management.
REQUIREMENTS Education :
Bachelor’s degree If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted : High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.Ten (10) years of relevant experience.Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.Proven expertise advising executive leadership on strategy, policy, and organizational transformation.PAY $45 / hour HOW TO APPLY :
