Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide expert oncology pharmacy services in a travel role focused on patient safety, clinical research, and operational excellence.
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 13-week contract | Potential temp-to-hire
Schedule : MondayFriday | 7a3 : 30p or 8a4 : 30p

Duties :
Review and verify oncology treatment regimens with age-specific adjustments.
Provide clinical interventions to avoid adverse drug events.
Conduct research and professional education.
Supervise chemotherapy preparation and sterile pounding.
Oversee technicians, manage inventory, and develop / update policies.
Standardize chemotherapy ordering practices.
Ideal Candidate :
MA Pharmacist license (or eligibility).
Minimum 5 years acute care clinical experience.
Sterile pounding expertise required.
ASHP PGY1 Oncology Residency & BCOP strongly preferred.
Independent, with leadership ability.
Must have personal vehicle.
