Job Overview :

As our Creative & Design Specialist, you will design and execute engaging content for social media, sales decks, one-pagers, eBooks, event materials, and digital ads. You will manage social media content planning, creation, and posting while also supporting a variety of other design projects. Your creativity and ability to execute across multiple channels will help us maintain a strong brand presence and create impactful marketing materials for both internal and external audiences. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design visual content for social media (graphics, videos, infographics) that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Plan, create, and post social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support the creation of sales collateral, including decks, one-pagers, eBooks, and other marketing materials.
• Design event materials, including brochures, signage, and promotional graphics, ensuring they align with event objectives and brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and create impactful designs that meet business and marketing objectives.
• Design and produce digital ads for various platforms, ensuring creative alignment with campaigns and brand messaging.
• Manage and update the social media content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posting.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends, social media best practices, and industry innovations to enhance content quality and engagement.
