We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Data Engineering or Data Science. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions, with a deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) models.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and optimize GenAI models and workflows for real-world business use cases.
  • Leverage NLP and ML techniques to build, fine-tune, and deploy language and generative models.
  • Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into data pipelines and applications.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in LLMs, Transformers, and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Science roles.
  • Strong experience with NLP, ML, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, SQL).
  • Understanding of MLOps and model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in building chatbots, AI copilots, or text generation / summarization systems.
  • Familiarity with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
  • Exposure to prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
