Secret Clearance HCD Designer Lead

A company is looking for a Front End / Human-Centered Design (HCD) Designer Lead to guide user experience design and usability research for a Department of Defense modernization program.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping to align interface design with stakeholder needs

Translate user insights into intuitive and accessible front-end solutions for secure cloud-based systems

Lead user experience design and visual interface development for defense systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in user experience design or human-centered design for large-scale systems

Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments

Active Secret clearance required
