Are you passionate about creating impactful learning experiences in the medical or healthcare space? We're seeking a Learning Design Specialist to join a fast-paced Sales Training team supporting a cutting-edge Urologic Cancer franchise.

This hybrid role blends instructional design, program coordination, and project leadership—perfect for someone who thrives on creativity and execution.

What You’ll Do :

• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 or similar tools
• Apply ADDIE methodology to design blended learning experiences
• Partner with SMEs and clinical experts to shape strategic content
• Manage training logistics, OR scheduling, cohort coordination, and communication
• Support national sales meetings and new hire training initiatives
• Use feedback and data to continuously enhance learner impact

What You Bring :

Location : Marlborough, MA (Onsite 3 days weekly – local candidates only)

Pay Range : $42 – $48 / hr
