As an Assistant Manager at Jersey Mike’s, you play a key role in supporting the General Manager and leading the crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You help keep operations running smoothly, ensure quality and safety, and foster a positive, productive work environment.

In this role, you will :

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations and team management
• Lead by example and motivate the crew to provide fast, friendly service
• Help recruit, train, and develop team members
• Monitor inventory, food prep, and cleanliness to meet Jersey Mike’s standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure their satisfaction
• Oversee scheduling and labor to maintain efficiency and control costs
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees

Pay Range : $20.00 per hour - $20.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
