Outpatient Therapist at Penn Psychiatric Center

Are you a passionate and dedicated therapist ready to help others thrive? Penn Psychiatric Center is seeking a Master’s-level Outpatient Therapist to join our team. We are a trusted mental health provider committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges.

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (licensure or license-eligible in PA preferred).
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth and quality client care.
