Manufacturing Scheduler
Provides assistance to the Senior Scheduler through data entry, document and data control, routing of parts, and creation of work orders to support the manufacturing plan.
Major Responsibilities :
- Assist the Senior Scheduler in releasing projects to manufacturing.
- Publishes all Work orders required by the shop. Distributes Work orders to the shop to meet production schedules.
- Review engineering drawings and Bills of Material releases for design completion and accuracy.
- Plot prints for manufacturing.
- May assist in cycle counts of stocked, fabricated, purchased and outsourced parts.
- Assist and support parts requests from any Arrowhead Systems Company.
- Complete Engineering Change Notices both timely and accurately.
- Complete stock work orders and A&B parts orders using the appropriate reports.
- Roll up projects as they are completed in both manufacturing and shipping
- Maintain the procedure catalog and document Standard Operating Procedures.
- Create standard routings (including time estimates) for all parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies for the most efficient sequence of operations to manufacture the products.
- Maintain the system as to accuracy of the product structures and cost to reflect all process changes.
- Assist in maintaining the master production schedule including the responsibility of scheduling the sub-assemblies and assemblies within the allotted time frame by work centers.
- Maintains a level of professionalism in communication, both verbal and written.
- Performs other special assignments as required.

Must be capable of learning the Company MRP system and Control Center Software.Must be adept at understanding and interpreting engineering drawings.Must have the ability of working with manufacturing Supervision in identifying process problems and assisting in corrective action.
