Qualifications

Education : Graduate (or graduating) from an accredited PTA program

Licensure : Current CA Licensure or ability to obtain

Experience : New graduates welcome to apply

Technical Skills : Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities

Soft Skills : Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills; passion for patient care; ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Implement physical therapy treatment plans under therapist supervision

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional training

Apply therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques

Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
