— a hands-on, visionary
lead physical therapist
who will shape new care models, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver a five-star, retail-quality patient experience. You'll help design and test
membership programs, community and digital services, and cutting-edge treatment approaches

What You'll Do
Lead by example
with a focused patient caseload that showcases best-in-class clinical reasoning, empathy, and communication.
Build, mentor, and inspire
a team of motivated physical therapists and assistants — cultivating a culture of excellence, collaboration, and curiosity.
Drive innovation
by designing and testing new service lines, including :
Balance and vestibular performance programs
Preventive and wellness memberships
Community-based and at-home care models
Data-driven and tech-enabled recovery experiences
Collaborate cross-functionally
with operations, marketing, and design teams to create a
retail-quality patient experience
that feels personal, seamless, and inspiring.
Shape the playbook
for future sites — developing scalable systems, training models, and service frameworks as the organization grows.
Experiment boldly
: pilot new scheduling structures, clinical technologies, and subscription models that enhance both outcomes and engagement.
Who You Are
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
or
equivalent
; active state PT license (or eligibility in MA).
4+ years
of outpatient experience, ideally across two or more specialty areas (orthopedic, vestibular, neuro, pelvic health, performance, etc.).
Confident guiding clinicians and shaping culture.
Comfortable balancing
hands-on care with strategic innovation
and collaboration.
Energized by building something new : systems, programs, and experiences that break the mold.
Passionate about great design, great care, and great people.
