What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the first point of contact for employee-related inquiries and provide holistic case management servicesAssist employees with financial, health, and internal reviews to ensure compliance with benefit plansTake ownership of employee contacts and resolve each case with high problem-solving and customer service standardsBuild customer trust through empathetic and personalized conversations, adjusting case management plans as neededConsult and collaborate with partner teams on process changes to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policiesWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service focus with prioritization of quality and customer experienceUnderstanding of benefit terms and programsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly pivoting through several communication formsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
