Leads : Leads are warm and company provided; prospecting is encouraged.

Vehicle : Company vehicle provided.

Training : PAID TRAINING of $700.00 PER WEEK or more is provided for 6 weeks from the start of employment, depending on experience.

Commission : Commissions will be paid 6% upon contract acceptance and 4% upon completion of the job.

Support : Get top-level support to make you the region's top salesperson.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Work Location : On the road.

Responsibilities :

• Hit set goals and maintain a closing rate above 40%, treating every customer like family.
• Sales Consultant should be able to erect a 32' ladder and access the roof to take pictures, measurements, and diagnose roof issues.
• Set and obtain personal and professional growth goals for success, reviewing them daily.
• Attend Sales Meetings and Company Meetings.
• Be available for sales calls at required times, including early evenings and Saturdays.
• Attend training and meetings at the prescribed time; lateness or absence without an approved excuse may lead to dismissal.
• Conduct professional in-person and / or Zoom sales presentations to the complete buying party (all decision-makers must be present).
