Job Title : Licensed Architect or Experienced Intern Architect

Location : Baton Rouge, LA

Job Type : Full-time, On-site

Salary Range : $65,000 - $90,000 annually (depending on experience and licensure status)

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Architect or Experienced Intern Architect to join a dynamic and collaborative design team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about shaping the built environment, thrives in a creative studio setting, and is looking for opportunities to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to design development, project management, and construction documentation.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team members throughout all project phases.

Ensure designs align with client goals, budgets, and timelines.

Participate in design reviews, presentations, and construction administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (required) from an accredited university.

Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience .

Licensed Architect (preferred) or on the path to licensure (AXP / ARE candidates encouraged).

Strong technical knowledge of design, construction, and documentation.

Proficiency with architectural software tools.

Strong ties to Louisiana (local candidates or those with connections to the state are highly encouraged).
