Position Overview :

We are seeking a versatile Designer to join our Integrated Events Team. This role involves transforming ideas into visually engaging experiences that facilitate connection through event touchpoints and branding. The Creative Designer will work collaboratively with clients to conceptualize, create, consult, and deliver web assets, themes, and other creative services using Splash and Cvent CMS platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements. The role requires a high level of expertise in design principles—hierarchy, typography, color, layout, accessibility—as well as proficiency in CSS and JavaScript.

This position offers opportunities for growth across multiple responsibilities, requiring candidates with experience in both design and client services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage timelines, requirements, and logistics across multiple projects.
• Work within multiple CMS platforms including Cvent and Splash.
• Review and analyze client brand assets to understand goals and deliverables.
• Develop and present creative briefs based on client requirements.
• Ensure branding consistency and user-friendly design for event touchpoints.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for creative troubleshooting and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support pre-meeting logistics such as asset review and requirement gathering.
• Track service budgets, usage, and deadlines accurately.
• Collaborate to ensure deliverables meet program goals and compliance.
• Develop detailed design processes that engage and inspire audiences.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Innovate and uphold brand standards across projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality results.
