Salary :

  • $87,000 - $110,000  annually, based on experience

  • Position Overview :

    As a Full-Time BCBA, you will lead and manage ABA therapy programs, provide direct client services, supervise staff, and collaborate with other therapists to ensure holistic care for our pediatric clients. You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of children and their families in a supportive and collaborative team setting.

    Responsibilities Include :

  • Conducting assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Supervising and providing support to RBTs and other team members
  • Collaborating with occupational, speech, and physical therapists to ensure integrated care
  • Monitoring and modifying treatment plans based on progress and data
  • Communicating effectively with families to ensure their engagement and satisfaction
  • Contributing to the development of the company and its continued growth
  • Qualifications :

  • BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a pediatric setting preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
