Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking to add to our Human Resources Total Rewards team and has a new opportunity for a Total Rewards Leave and Benefit Specialist. This position is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and consultation with leaders and employees while managing and enhancing our employee benefits and leave programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, knowledgeable about Benefits, Leave, and HR policies, and committed to maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. This position is eligible to work hybrid from our Topeka, KS office in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy once onsite training is complete. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.

Compensation : $73,920 - $92,400 Exempt Grade 15

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas offers excellent competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The compensation range for this role is a good faith estimate, it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive wages that align with the individual's skills, education, experience, and training. The range may vary above or below the stated amounts.
