Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Location : Las Vegas, NV 89113 (ONSITE)

• About the Role
• As a Patient Services Representative, you'll manage inbound calls from patients seeking appointments, care coordination, or general assistance. You'll work in a dual-monitor setup using a soft phone system and handle a high volume of calls across multiple service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 60-85 inbound calls daily; top performers exceed 100 calls / day.
• Meet performance expectations of 70 calls / day by month 3.
• Schedule appointments using EPIC across service lines
• Resolve inquiries efficiently with minimal transfers.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and ensure phone readiness.

Qualifications Required :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service experience (phone and in-person)
• 6+ months of call center experience
• Strong communication and call flow management skills

Preferred :

• Healthcare experience (clinic operations, patient interactions)
• EPIC system familiarity

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
