As a Security Officer Unarmed Bike Patrol CRE in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a bustling commercial real estate location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide outstanding customer service. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 02 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards encountered during patrols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or site needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be able to ride a bike as part of job duties.
  • Baton certification is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
