We have an opportunity for a Laminating Machine Tender

1st shift (5 : 00 a.m. until 1 : 30 p.m.)

Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

  • Maintain conveyor parameters as product completes roll adhesion process.
  • Perform visual inspection of finished products or parts ensuring output is meeting quality standards.
  • Use assisted lifting techniques to load / unload product on or off the conveyor belt.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by performing job functions in a safe manner while maintaining good housekeeping practices.
  • Retain productivity and quality related to standards based on assigned task(s).
  • Able to work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
  • React positively to change.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) months manufacturing or warehouse experience and / or equivalent education, training, or experience in job-related activities.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Must be able to lift and / or push / pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to cross-train in other functional areas.
  • This position requires attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Reliable attendance is a must.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
