Source Medical Staffing is hiring an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13 week Travel Contract to start October 27th in Mount Shasta, CA.

Days, M-F, 8 hr shifts; could include an occasional weekend for inpatient coverage

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.\n\nPer Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.\n\nTravel Reimbursements included in Pay Package - please discuss with Recruiter
