Responsibilities
- Assemble high-precision robotic and controller components in a fast-paced production environment
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent, top-tier builds
- Perform inspection and functional testing of sub-assemblies and final units for reliability and performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support prototype builds and provide feedback on design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for mechanical and electrical issues
- Suggest improvements to processes, tools, and work instructions to scale production effectively
- Assist in validating new parts and equipment before integration into production
- Contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional team culture focused on quality and innovation
- Meet daily and weekly production goals with consistency and precision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills and Qualifications
Hands-on technician experience in robotics, medical devices, consumer electronics, or mid-scale manufacturingDemonstrated ability to assemble and debug miniaturized electromechanical systems such as UAVs, camera modules, or gimbalsStrong manual dexterity for working with small components, micro connectors, flex cables, and fine-gauge wiringFamiliarity with hand tools, precision drivers, and safe handling of high / low voltage systemsAbility to read and work from assembly drawings, CAD models, and process sheetsStrong attention to detail, time management, and a quality-focused mindsetCapable of root cause analysis and proposing effective countermeasuresSolid communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative teamProficiency with tools like Excel, Teams, Confluence, Jira, or PLM systemsBackground in troubleshooting, debugging, and reworking RMAsWhy Join
