Western Region CBO

The Western Region Consolidated Business Office provides business office services including : billing, collections, cash posting, pre-access management, variance and customer service to our affiliated UHS facilities. We are seeking dynamic and talented individuals to join our team.

Job Description :

This position is responsible for managing all activities relating to monitoring, interpreting, and appealing denials received from Third Party Payers and ensuring accuracy in patient billing.

Qualifications

Education :

Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing required.

Experience :

Minimum of at least 2 years of case management and auditing experience. Experience with technical denials or business office operations required. Relevant education may substitute for experience.

Other :

Successful record of accomplishment in auditing and strategic A / R reduction. Strong working relationships with Case Management, patients and Payers are required.

Technical Skills :

Computer proficiency to include work processing, spreadsheet, database, and patient accounting system. Excellent Customer Service skills required as well as good written / oral communication skills.
