Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of AI / ML strategies for Trust, Security, and Compliance

Design and build scalable, secure ML infrastructure and pipelines

Develop AI safety practices and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI / ML solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

12+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI

Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in SQL and cloud data environments

Experience building and scaling ML models for business-critical applications

Agile development mindset with a focus on iterative improvement
