Responsibilities
- Manage and harmonize efforts across diverse data and AI disciplines, aligning delivery with strategic business outcomes
- Bridge business and technology needs, translating complex requirements into scalable data platform solutions
- Collaborate with EPAM leadership to shape strategic investments and innovation in the Data & Analytics domain
- Establish modern cloud-native architectures with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, creating scalable Lakehouse architectures
- Lead cross-functional advisory and delivery teams, ensuring actionable insights and measurable business value
- Develop and promote technological assets including blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators for data modernization
- Provide technical oversight while integrating AI / ML capabilities into data ecosystems, supporting proposals and effectively communicating technical solutions
Requirements
Deep experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow) and modern data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, and streaming architecturesProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate technical strategies in business termsA natural storyteller and communicator with a consultative mindset and ability to lead without authorityExperience in both pre-sales and delivery, capable of switching between execution and strategic advisory modesWe offer
