Data & AI Technology Consultant (Databricks & Modern Data Platforms)

We are hiring a strategic Databricks & Modern Data Platforms leader who has experience working with a dynamic team, designing impactful strategies, and solving complex business problems for large, global organizations. Responsibilities

• Manage and harmonize efforts across diverse data and AI disciplines, aligning delivery with strategic business outcomes
• Bridge business and technology needs, translating complex requirements into scalable data platform solutions
• Collaborate with EPAM leadership to shape strategic investments and innovation in the Data & Analytics domain
• Establish modern cloud-native architectures with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog, creating scalable Lakehouse architectures
• Lead cross-functional advisory and delivery teams, ensuring actionable insights and measurable business value
• Develop and promote technological assets including blueprints, reference architectures, and accelerators for data modernization
• Provide technical oversight while integrating AI / ML capabilities into data ecosystems, supporting proposals and effectively communicating technical solutions
