Our client, an Automation & Engineering Firm, is seeking a Sr Project Manager Control Systems to join their team. As a Sr Project Manager Control Systems, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Sugar Land, TX

Pay Range : $160,000.00 to $180,000.00 Annually

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage control systems engineering and design projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes and maintain regular communication.
• Oversee instrument specification development, field instrument installation requirements, and P&ID development.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety within the team.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and designers to meet quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
