Context

Join a dynamic global team supporting the Fidessa application, a key platform used by traders, sales, and middle office on the trading floor. This role offers exposure to both business and technology within equity derivatives and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide in a follow-the-sun support model.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage software releases, configuration, monitoring, and support of all production components of the Fidessa system.
• Develop and maintain system scripts and automation tools to optimize operations.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and capacity through proactive incident and problem management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues in a high-pressure financial environment.
• Collaborate with global development and support teams across multiple locations.
• Work closely with traders, sales, developers, and quantitative analysts on the trading floor.
• Stay up-to-date with DevOps trends to improve deployment and monitoring processes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to organizational knowledge sharing.
