Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager, located in Springfield, NJ. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and assisting with employee benefits and insurance solutions. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, providing recommendations, processing policy changes, and maintaining accurate records.
