Your Role :
- Organize and oversee estimating activities for assigned projects
- Compile complete estimates under the supervision of the Director of Pre-Construction
- Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Mentor and coach Estimators within the Building Group
- Lead preconstruction meetings and provide meeting minutes
- Review and refine budgets, bids, proposals, and summaries
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding value engineering and budget updates
- Provide drawing reviews for constructability and value engineering
- Develop and improve estimating procedures
