Salary : $600,000-$650,000 annually with comprehensive benefits

A leading hospital in Texarkana, Texas, seeks a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join a highly collaborative anesthesia care team. Position Highlights :

  • Case Mix : Diverse procedures including vascular, neuro, healthy pediatrics, regional, trauma, orthopedics, thoracic, and general cases; rare OB and no hearts.
  • Anesthesia Model : 100% supervision model, working alongside 3 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs.
  • Call Schedule : 1 : 5, promoting a balanced lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality anesthesia care in a collaborative team setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort across a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Supervise and guide CRNAs, fostering a cohesive and efficient care delivery model.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovations in anesthesia care, collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

    The position offers a base salary of $600,000-$650,000 per year, complemented by a generous signing bonus and annual quality bonus. The comprehensive benefits package includes :

  • Paid Time Off : 1 week CME + 8 weeks vacation.
