- Competitive Base Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 annually- depending on experience

Position Responsibilities
Lead and oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility, utilizing all resources effectivelyEnsure compliance with project procedures, safety requirements, work rules, and applicable regulationsDocument all violations, notify project management, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Conduct accident investigations when requiredEnsure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, standards, and proceduresMotivate team members to achieve objectives and maintain a high standard of workPlan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material controlOrganize and plan the work for which you are responsible, ensuring all necessary materials, tools, and information are prepared in advanceMaintain a daily job journal detailing actual events, decisions, and progressHere’s What We’re Looking For :
Electrician with minimum of 10 years of experience managing large crews and electrical construction projects with at least 10 years in the electrical trade.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Bluebeam, and familiarity with estimating and other construction software.Able to read and understand construction drawings and specificationsStrong knowledge with NECExtensive knowledge of electrical installationsExperience with Design-Build projects is highly preferredAbility to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized, detail-oriented and efficientBilingual : English & Spanish is highly preferredJourneyman Electrical License is highly preferredOSHA 30 preferredTo learn more or apply, contact Anna Claire Stephens at HardHat Workforce Solutions.
