Bldg Engineer

Our client, a leader in facilities and property management, is seeking a skilled Building Engineer to join their team.

As a Building Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) Department, supporting the Facilities Operations Team at a multi-use site in Center City Philadelphia.The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive work ethic, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title : Building Engineer

Location : 1100 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Pay Range : $35 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems

Support HVAC operations including cooling and warming systems

Conduct light carpentry tasks and replace bulbs and fixtures

Ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely

Collaborate with another Building Engineer and report to the Chief Engineer

What's Needed?

4-5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance

Experience in Class A office buildings, preferably in Center City

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

Familiarity with fire alarm systems

High school diploma or equivalent
