Hupy and Abraham, S.C., a personal injury firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a professional and motivated Administrative Assistant (Part-time) for our Milwaukee office.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create and / or edit contact cards as requested in Filevine
• Enter mailing / shipping notes as requested in Filevine
• Google local service ad portal maintenance and monitoring
• Support in-office needs to include conference room document maintenance and submitting occasional office supply work orders
• Assisting with personnel support in the form of event attendance, email notifications, ticket distribution, and management of corporate passes
• Maintenance of marketing website promotional orders and materials
• General media, file maintenance, and other software support as assigned
• Other general administrative work and projects as assigned
