Position Summary :
We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and proven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in driving new patient growth by fostering and maintaining referral relationships with medical providers, attorneys, case managers, community organizations, and other strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners to drive patient referrals.
- Regularly visit medical offices, legal firms, and community organizations to promote La Clinica’s services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within target markets.
- Represent La Clinica at networking events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain an organized database of contacts, leads, and activity using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.
- Provide regular reports on outreach performance and referral growth.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or provider relations, preferably in the healthcare industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.Comfortable with regular travel to partner offices and events.Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Compensation & Benefits :
