Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of AIA strategic plans to enhance performance and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of sales, service, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance on B&FS domain-specific challenges and opportunities to optimize business processes and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and improve service offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and report on service line performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the highest level of service quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs to upskill team members and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and methodologies that enhance service delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in sales, service and marketing domains with a proven track record of success.Extensive experience with Hyperscalers : Azure, AWS, and / or GCP platforms with understanding of Data warehouse concepts like Cloud modernization, Enterprise data governance analytics and reporting.Extensive experience with Snowflake, Databricks and other leading Data Products (Informatica, etc.)Extensive experience with Data, Analytics & AI Solutions and Services (10+years preferred).Good exposure to market Generative AI SolutionsExperienced communicating effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.Experience with largescale consulting and program execution engagements in the AI & Data analytics space.Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems, and engage the potential customer with "consultative selling" is a must.Knowledge of industry trends, customer pain points, potential opportunities in various areas like cloud, AI / ML, modern data architecture, data governance, IoT and intelligent automations are highly desirable.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships with decision makers across IT and business teams.Counsel account leadership and delivery leadership by highlighting risks and issues related to engagementsDevelop and implement Account Growth strategy and business plans that coordinate and integrate with the account teams larger growth planShow proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans that align with business objectives.Display the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts.Be adept at identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing new technologies.Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldDemonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to earn advanced certificationsApplications will be accepted until September 30, 2025
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 - $215,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
