Data Center Material Handler | Phoenix, AZ

Nexeo HR is now hiring Material Handlers to join a high-performing, tech-forward logistics team at a state-of-the-art data center in Phoenix, AZ. If you’re passionate about warehouse operations, inventory control, or working with server components and infrastructure technology, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that invests in its people.

This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with a clear path to advancement. Upon permanent hire, you'll receive a $1 per hour raise and be considered for lead or supervisory roles within warehouse logistics, RMA operations, or dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, ensuring documentation accuracy
• Inspect incoming and outgoing components for damage or discrepancies (visual and physical inspections)
• Track inventory, complete cycle counts, and manage stock levels using RF scanners and inventory software
• Use laser measuring tools to install and align server racks with precision
• Assemble and cable server components and electronic devices per schematics
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, straddle stackers, and other material handling equipment
• Maintain 5S standards for cleanliness and organization in the distribution center
• Work closely with logistics, warehouse stockers, and dispatch teams to meet project deadlines

Pay

$19.50 – $20.50 per hour (DOE)

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 6 : 45 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Must be available for weekday and Saturday overtime as required
