Do you enjoy breaking things to make them better? We're looking for a Test Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts for our flagship product, Teleseer. You'll work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure that every piece of the application functions seamlessly, identifying edge cases and implementing robust testing strategies that leave no stone unturned.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain testing strategies for frontend and backend systems.
• Develop automated test suites for unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
• Work closely with developers to identify potential edge cases and ensure the testability of features early in the development cycle.
• Perform exploratory and manual testing to identify gaps in automation and uncover hard-to-reach issues.
• Test APIs, workflows, and data pipelines to validate interactions and ensure consistent functionality across systems.
• Debug issues in collaboration with developers, providing detailed and reproducible bug reports.
• Monitor and maintain test execution pipelines as part of the CI / CD process, ensuring tests run efficiently and reliably.
• Analyze test results, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and user experience.
• Advocate for quality best practices within the development team and continuously improve testing processes.
