Your role will play a pivotal part in driving growth across TikTok Shop, D2C websites using Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces. Leading strategy and execution, you'll optimize product listings, manage influencer partnerships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with expertise in social commerce and ecommerce growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Marketing and Merchandising
• Work with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and drive sales on TikTok Shop, direct websites utilizing Amazon MCF, and other ecommerce marketplaces.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Maintain a marketing calendar and manage timelines for promotions, launches, and special events.
• Revenue Growth
• Partner with the Ecommerce Director to develop strategies for revenue growth on TikTok Shop, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing resources.
• Implement and manage consignment business models to enhance product availability and reduce inventory risks.
• Monitor performance metrics and execute campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Support the Ecommerce Director in managing monthly budgets to ensure optimal spending on advertising investments.
• Product Listing Management
• Create and optimize product listings tailored for TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, visuals, and SEO-friendly tags.
• Regularly update product information, including pricing, availability, and special promotions.
• Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Order and Customer Experience Management
• Troubleshoot product and order errors, coordinating with internal CSR teams for timely resolutions.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries related to TikTok Shop.
• Influencer and Affiliate Collaboration
• Partner with influencer and affiliate teams to seed products for reviews, creating brand advocacy and driving conversions.
• Monitor influencer collaborations to assess effectiveness and optimize product seeding strategies.
• Handle influencer contracts and negotiate creator terms to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
