\n License : \n\nMust have a current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license and must be in good standing with the Board\n\nMust have current, valid Basic Life Support credential (BLS), or obtain within the first 60 days of hire and must maintain credential throughout employment

\nBLS / CPR Certification.
