Job Title : Sanitation Area Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Sanitation Area Lead to join our production facility. This position plays a critical leadership role in overseeing sanitation operations, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards, and supporting a safe working environment. The successful candidate will lead and train sanitation staff, plan daily sanitation activities, and ensure the facility is audit-ready and production-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and train Sanitation Technicians on cleaning procedures, safety, and food safety protocols
• Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and periodic sanitation activities across the facility
• Monitor and inspect sanitation equipment and issue corrective actions when needed
• Document sanitation records accurately and ensure compliance with all GMP, HACCP, and health & safety regulations
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and waste reduction
• Support and enforce health & safety policies and participate in workplace incident documentation
• Assist with cleaning tasks during staffing shortages or as needed to ensure goals are met

Pay Details : $22.25 per hour
