Prominent defense litigation law firm has an immediate need in its Philadelphia office for an attorney with 5+ years experience handling insurance coverage matters. The ideal candidate will have experience defending insurance companies in first-party lawsuits, analyzing insurance coverage (including commercial and homeowners’ policies), taking depositions, handling arbitrations and / or trials, counseling clients and / or experience in insurance litigation. The candidate must have strong research and writing skills.

Qualified candidates must possess the following :

• Admitted to practice in PA; Admitted in NJ a plus
• Experience analyzing insurance coverage and / or experience in insurance litigation
• Strong research and writing skills

The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
