Job Details
Responsibilities
Handle a mix of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters, including petitions, court proceedings, and litigation strategy
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
Represent clients in state and federal court hearings and trials
Conduct legal research and case analysis to support strong advocacy
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on strategy and client service
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing
5+ years of experience in business litigation and bankruptcy law
Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
Experience in both federal and state courts preferred
Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
