Parts Sales Manager
Join the Titan Machinery team as a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales and elevate customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll lead a team, manage and optimize department metrics, and drive performance to exceed our store's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Financial and Performance Management : Understand key financial drivers, ensure the department meets or exceeds sales goals, and maintain an accurate inventory to meet customer needs and achieve financial success
- Customer and Team Excellence : Enhance customer satisfaction through effective service, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of staff training and performance
- Department Leadership : Oversee marketing, merchandising, and daily operations of the Parts Department, while fostering relationships with customers and manufacturers

Qualifications
Required :
2+ years' related experience and / or related military experience or related education / training (degree, certificate, etc)Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hoursAbility to effectively lead and manage peopleStrong customer service skillsTitan Machinery provides a generous total compensation package including the following benefits :
