We are currently seeking a Tax Manager for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Permanent position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration : Full-time

Location : Tulsa, OK and Oklahoma City, OK (Hybrid, 3 days a week)

Salary : $100,000-$120,000 / Annually

Role : Tax Manager

Primary Skills : Finance Accounting (FI)

Role Description : The Tax Manager must have 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Typical Day in Life

A typical day as a Tax Manager in Oklahoma City, OK might include the following :

• Prepare a high-level return for a multi-million dollar organization.
• Work with staff to ensure individual and business tax returns are completed correctly and by the required deadline.
• Coach or mentor a staff member to assist with enhancing their skills and further developing their career.
• Gather relevant tax-related information from the client so an accurate tax return can be prepared.
• Look at tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
• Network, build relationships and attract new clients or business for the Firm.
• Bill clients for the services and guidance provided

Qualifications :

In addition to all of this, you hold an active CPA license and have 5+ years of experience in public accounting tax work.

Education : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Minimum 7+ years of experience

Relocation : This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel : No

Local Preferred : Yes

Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
