As a Design / Build Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with clients and execute our proprietary four step sales process. You will work closely with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to establish scopes of work, budgets, detailed plans, 3D renderings, material selections, contracts, and be a partner throughout the construction phase of the project.

The Design / Build Consultant provides homeowners with a remodeling experience that goes at their pace, steady and carefully planned at every step, with just the right amount of guidance and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact with clients and execute the proprietary four step sales process.
  • Collaborate with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to establish scopes of work, budgets, detailed plans, 3D renderings, material selections, and contracts.
  • Act as a partner throughout the construction phase of the project, guiding homeowners at each stage.
  • Provide a remodeling experience that progresses at the homeowners' pace with clear guidance and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • At least ten years of experience in residential construction and a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Ability to analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
