Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and Illustrator. Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as receiving and producing results based on feedback provided. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in design execution. Portfolio showcasing a range of apparel graphic design projects. Knowledge of printing processes is a plus. Must understand art placement and sizing.

The Apparel Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating graphic designs for various apparel products, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, dye sublimation, and other garments.
Responsibilities :
- Create and develop original graphic designs for apparel products that align with brand identity and target audience.
- Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive collections.
- Create mockups and present design concepts for feedback and approval.
- Research current trends in apparel graphics, color palettes, and printing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
- Prepare artwork files for printing, including color separations and file formatting.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.
- Required to travel approximately 3 - 4 times per year. Additionally, there may be occasional weekend work as directed by the company.
