Position Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to provide quality care to patients. The LPN will be responsible for assisting with patient assessments, administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care
- Perform basic nursing procedures, such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, and administering medications
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and ambulating
- Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures
