Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases / returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow procedures and standards; prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness across the store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives; participate in safety programs and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location : USA Marshalls Store 0166 Evansville IN

Starting pay range : $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
