Position Overview :

The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring quality care, appropriate staffing, and regulatory compliance. This leadership role supports frontline staff, collaborates with unit managers, and helps drive continuous improvement in patient care, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The RN House Supervisor serves as a clinical leader and maintains bedside competency.

This is a non-exempt, leadership position with compensation starting at $40.02 - $57.00 hour or higher, commensurate with education, experience, certification, and internal equity.

• Compensation : Commensurate upon education & experience - range is $40.02 / hour or more (depending on education & experience). Benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment from the new hire orientation date. This position is a non-exempt position.
